- Mia calls waffles "wakkles", and likes to watch "moo-bies" and "TD".
- Before leaving she always gives everyone "a kiss and a hug".
- The other night she put a packet of candy sprinkles in her mouth and pretended like she was a monster and they were her fangs. I acted scared and started running around the house. She chased me in circles until finally she pulled them out of her mouth and said, very seriously, "Mommy! It's me, Mia. This is just a costume. It's not real." She then came and gave me a hug so I wouldn't be scared.
- She loves to compliment people, especially when she wants something. She told me she loves my pink purse when she wanted a Lifesaver. The other night she wanted a drink of my juice. To "flatter" me she cocked her head to the side with a coy smile, began running her finger over the hair on my forearm and said very sweetly, "I like your whiskers". :-)
- She is doing great with potty training. We took the safety guard off the bathroom door and most of the time she just goes without even telling us until afterward. Several times we've left her pull-up off for naptime and she hasn't had any accidents.
- She knows she's Mia Marie Robbins and wants to know everyone's first and last names. However, she still doesn't believe that Mamaw is Daddy's mommy and Granny and Papa are Mommy's parents. When I tried to tell her that she called me a silly goose.
- Mia and Cara chatted for the first time on Skype the other night. It was so funny! They just kept playing hide and seek with one another, and blowing kisses. Cara (and the rest of Missy's family) will be moving back to Louisville on February 28. We are all so relieved and excited to have them back home!
