On Tuesday Mike and I took Mia for a walk in the park and then went to visit Mamaw and Papaw. I got some really cute pictures of them with Mia. Finally!
Mike and Freddy signed the lease yesterday for the store space and we close on the loan tomorrow. Construction should begin next week, with a goal of opening in time for the development's grand opening June 20. Freddy and Mike met with an event planner yesterday to begin working on our opening events. Looks like we'll do a fashion show complete with a red carpet. The planner used to work in NYC and has a contact at GQ. Apparently they have expressed interest in sponsoring our opening event. We'll see!
