Battle Carrot

On Sunday night Mike and I went to an event at the Seelbach with Mom and Bruce. The head chef at the Oakroom was facing off that night on the F00d Network's show, Ir0n Chef. There was a cocktail party prior to the airing of the show, and we were served hors d'oeuvres featuring the secret ingredient, but we weren't told which ingredient was the secret ingredient until it was revealed on the show. The chefs were there talking about the experience and it was so fascinating because Mike and I watch the show all the time. It was an incredible time and a lot of fun.
